Strongco Corporation, a Nors Group company<\/strong>, is excited to announce that construction has begun on a new facility where their Dartmouth branch will be relocated. It\u2019s estimated to be completed by the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

The new facility will be located on four acres of land at 276 Higney Avenue in Dartmouth and will support the regional equipment sales, rental, and administration services for the Volvo Construction Equipment, Sennebogen and Eco Log Forestry product lines they distribute in Nova Scotia. It\u2019s a purpose-built facility with over 21,000 square feet and 8 new modern service bays. All service bays provide 35 feet of operating height with two ten ton overhead cranes. This new facility will allow them opportunities to provide their customers with additional service support and reduce wait times. The increased parts warehouse will support a large inventory of their OEM parts.<\/p>\n

\u201cStrongco has been operating from the current Dartmouth location on 55 Isnor Drive for more than 29 years but, as our business continues to grow in the HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality) and surrounding areas, the decision to expand became necessary to better support our customers, our employees, and the continued growth of the company,\u201d says Stephen George, Regional Vice President, Construction Equipment, Eastern Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n
