\nRockwool, Kingspan and Isomass products are non-cancellable and therefore non-refundable. Please make sure that your order quantities etc are correct before placing and paying for your order. This also includes all palletised items, for example pallets of Knauf Rocksilk RS45 or Pallets of Isover CWS32 150mm. For all other items, if you choose to cancel, a minimum cancellation fee of \u00a3100 plus VAT will be charged.
